The field for variable information concealed under scratchable coating must be
smaller than the coated area (for example, 36×6 mm
vs the scratchable coating area 40×8 mm).
If a card contains several fields for variable information, it’s better
to place them in one row for printing in one stroke,
to make it cheaper. Still, other layouts are possible
as well.
The scratchcard’s background must be larger than the finished
card’s size by 3 mm on each side (background margin 3 mm).
In other words, for scratchcards sized 86×54 mm
the background must be 92×60 mm.

In layout, it is important to place all important elements
elements (logo, text, etc.) at least 3 mm
away from the card’s edge. In other words, for 86×54 mm cards, all
important information must be placed within the 80×48 mm rectangle.
The scratchable coating may be located in any place on the card

However, we can make it of any other size on order (ask our
manager for details).
Background margin: at least 2 mm on each side (3 mm recommended).
Indent from the card edge to text, logo and scratchable coating: at least 3 mm.
All fonts must be in curves (if necessary, the customer may separately provide the required font).
No effects of any kind (lenses, shades, transparency – transfer them to raster together with background).
CMYK color range, Panton printing is possible upon additional agreement.
For quality print, raster elements must have resolution at least 300 dpi.
File formats: we accept vector files in CDR, AI, EPS and PDF formats. Raster format:
TIFF only. We recommend saving CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator files in old (for example, 9th) versions.
Almost any information can be printed as variable:
– code (including alphanumerical codes);
– barcode (of various types and formats);
– QR code.
We strongly recommend not to use similar symbols in codes (0 and capital O, capital І and lowercase l).
In other cases, we can select the required printing method.
1. A file must contain all codes of same-type cards (denomination, layout, etc.);
2. One line must contain information for one card only;
3. If variable information is contained in two or more fields (e.g. card series and number, PIN, prize, etc.), it must be placed via tabulation (Tab) to receive a list divided into columns;
4. The name of each column must correspond to its content (e.g.<nomer> or <code>);
5. Files must be in *txt format (regular text file).
